Education :

1. most complete formal training .

2. Licensed practical or registered nurses may provide this training .

3. Training daily to provide daily care to patients .

4. need integrity, dependability, and a cheerful attitude .

I  wouldnt like to work like that becuase sometimes you have to be there with them 24/7 . My mom was once a home health aide until the guy past away . I wouldnt like to be so apart from my family and see this old people struggle or pass away .
